  • Cross-border Collaboration: Facilitate smooth communication between the U.S. and Korea teams via Slack and Zoom, ensuring specifications are clearly understood and project updates are shared.
  • User Insight & Data Analysis: Assist in gathering user feedback and analyzing pain points to propose actionable product improvements, focusing on enhancing the user journey from discovery to interaction.
  • Operational Execution: Partner with design, marketing, and operations teams to support the delivery of data-driven updates and ensure efficient project milestones.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (MBA preferred), or a recent graduate eligible for OPT.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Korean is required, with the ability to translate product concepts into clear Korean technical documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively navigate collaboration across different cultures and time zones.
  • Experience: Prior experience or a strong interest in Product Management, social media platforms, or the tech industry is a plus.
Other
  • Job type: Internship (3 months, potential for conversion to full-time based on performance)
  • Location: California (must be able to work in Los Angeles or SF Bay Area)
  • Work arrangement: Hybrid (In-office and remote)
  • Pay: $30/hr
  • Please note: To be eligible, applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (CPT/OPT required for F-1 students). Sponsorship for employment visa status is unavailable.
