Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry
Location: Terre Haute, IN

Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 6/1/2026

About the Position

Shift

Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts
Hours: 36 guaranteed hours/week
Shift Type: Nights
Weekend Requirement:
- 4 weekend shifts per schedule
- Night shift weekends are Friday/Saturday
- Must work 1 Sunday per schedule

Main Responsibilities

Assessing and monitoring adult medical-surgical patients
Administering medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments
Caring for oncology and general Med Surg patients
Managing post-op and chronic illness patients
Monitoring vitals, labs, pain control, and patient condition changes
Coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Documenting care in Allscripts
Patient education and discharge planning
Responding to emergencies and rapid changes in condition
Floating to other units within scope when needed
Possible floating to the prison unit (8 beds)

Requirements

Active RN license required for submission
BLS (AHA) required
1+ year experience
BSN not required
