Job Description
This role focuses primarily on trim carpentry while requiring a versatile professional who can perform a wide range of construction tasks from initial conceptual development through project completion. You will work on commercial new builds, contributing to formwork, rough and finish carpentry, selective demolition, and general construction activities. The position requires strong technical skills, the ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints, safe operation of hand and power tools, and strict adherence to company policies and OSHA guidelines.

Work Environment
This role is based primarily on commercial new build construction sites, with a focus on trim, rough, and finish carpentry as well as work on pre-engineered metal structures. You will work with a variety of hand and power tools, construction equipment, and temporary structures such as scaffolding. The position requires regular travel to job sites, primarily in Lincoln but also in surrounding areas, depending on project needs. The environment is hands-on and field-based, with outdoor and indoor work conditions typical of commercial construction projects. Safety is a core priority, and all work follows OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
