Evening Floating Lead – Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, and Piedmont 

TC Services , a national leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking a dedicated Evening Lead  to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina . This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (10-15 hours per week)
• Pay Rate:  $14 - $16 per hour (paid weekly)
• Location: Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, and Piedmont, SC
• Benefits: Mileage reimbursement and flexible PTO

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and support new employees during onboarding.
• Monitor and inspect work throughout and after shifts to ensure quality.
• Complete and submit incident reports when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with the lead supervisor regarding daily operations.
• Address inspections or work orders received via email from customers.
• Perform dusting and other janitorial tasks within assigned facilities. If not completed, these must be addressed on weekends.
• Cover shifts for absent employees while managing supervisory duties.
• Confirm task completion with the lead supervisor to ensure the operations manager can update tasks in Cleantelligent .
• Log all supplies and inventory using the designated tracking system.

Requirements:

• Must pass a drug screening and background check
• Be able to travel to Greenville, Simpsonville , Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Piedmont areas
• Must complete the E-Verify process
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift/carry 25 lbs and perform repetitive push pull motions for cleaning with out assistance.
• Must be at least 21 years old
