Work From Home | CDL Driver Recruiter (1099 Independent Contractor)

Looking for a flexible way to earn income from home while helping drivers find better opportunities?

Class A Jobs 411 has been connecting CDL drivers with carriers nationwide for over 13 years. We’re growing and looking for independent recruiters who want to operate their own recruiting business with support and access to nationwide job opportunities.

We maintain a staffed support office Monday–Friday (6 AM – 4 PM MST) to assist recruiters as needed.

What This Role Involves

Work remotely on your own schedule
Source and connect with CDL drivers
Guide drivers through the application process
Match drivers with available carrier opportunities
Track activity within our recruiter system

What You Receive

Optional starter leads (available for a limited time while you establish your own sourcing methods)
Commission-based earnings per completed placement

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role .

Compensation is commission-based only and earned per qualified driver placement after carrier confirmation.
Earnings vary based on individual effort, activity level, and successful placements.
Top-performing recruiters may earn up to 80% commission per placement .

Ideal Background

Recruiting, sales, or customer service experience
Transportation or CDL knowledge (helpful but not required)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Recruiters are responsible for their own work methods, schedule, and sourcing strategies
No hourly pay, base salary, or guaranteed income is provided
