Job Summary:

• Join our team as a Behavioral Health Therapist in a Primary Care setting located in Manhattan, NY.
• This full-time role requires working Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts.
• The position involves conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team while utilizing electronic medical records for documentation.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid New York State license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
• Advanced degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field.
• Experience with diverse populations, including serious mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Strong organizational skills for managing patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish or an Asian language is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State license to provide mental health services (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Advanced degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field.
• Experience working with target populations.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with patients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
