Position Overview
The Bench Assembly Cabinet Maker is responsible for building cabinets, fixtures, and custom wood products in a fast-paced shop environment. This Bench Assembly Cabinet Maker role involves working from blueprints and architectural drawings while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and production efficiency.
The ideal Bench Assembly Cabinet Maker is skilled in woodworking, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality products with minimal supervision.
Required Experience & Skills
• Strong woodworking knowledge (table saw, router, drill, sanders, etc.)
• Experience in cabinet making, fixture building, sign making, or woodworking manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
• Must provide basic personal hand tools
• Ability to multitask in a high-output production environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Professional demeanor and ability to perform under pressure
• Understanding of woodworking, finishing, and coating processes
