The Chief Growth Officer is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s enterprise growth strategy. This role leads business development, sales, marketing, and strategic partnership efforts to expand the company’s presence in correctional healthcare markets. The position drives new contract acquisition, expansion of existing client relationships, and identification of adjacent service opportunities. The role oversees full lifecycle business development activities, including market strategy, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution. The Chief Growth Officer works closely with executive leadership to ensure growth initiatives align with organizational goals and operational priorities. This role requires significant travel.
