Key Responsibilities

• Platform-Specific Content Creation: Write authentic, high-performing text posts, comments, and copy tailored specifically to various subreddits.
• Rule & Style Compliance: Study and strictly adhere to individual subreddit rules, formatting guidelines, and tone requirements to ensure content remains live and well-received.
• Consistent Output: Maintain a steady pipeline of creative, high-quality content while meticulously following instructions from the Team Lead.
• Audience Research: Keep your finger on the pulse of trending topics, slang, and formats within specific Reddit communities to keep our content relevant.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the US.
• Deep Reddit Expertise: You must be an active Reddit user (and ideally have experience using the platform for marketing or growth). You know how to look like a genuine community member, not an advertiser.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: You take pride in following complex writing briefs and compliance instructions perfectly.
• Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated and highly disciplined to hit daily content goals in a fully remote environment.
• Adaptable Voice: The ability to shift your writing style seamlessly from one community's niche to another.
