As a Customer Support Travel Agent , you will support clients with:
Travel planning and coordination
Vacation research and booking support
Cruise and resort reservations
Client communication and follow-up
Vendor coordination and itinerary management
This role focuses on customer service, travel coordination, and client relationship management in a remote setting.
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and digital platforms
Research and coordinate flights, hotels, cruises, and tours
Assist with booking management and travel documentation
Maintain accurate client records
Deliver timely follow-up and client care
Participate in online training and team development sessions
Must reside in Jamaica
Background in hospitality, tourism, call center, retail, or customer support preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using email, online systems, and virtual meeting platforms
Reliable internet access
Organized and detail-oriented
Self-directed and professional
