responsibilities:
- Innovate and Develop: Create and implement effective design solutions from inception to completion for aerospace interior units such as galleys, closets, class dividers, and overhead bins.
- Model and Draft: Produce highly accurate 3D models and check 2D drawings of parts, components, and complex kinematic assemblies utilizing CATIA, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
- Optimize for Performance: Enhance designs for manufacturability and assembly, strictly adhering to performance targets like cost, volume, weight, and superior quality.
- Collaborate and Integrate: Partner with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, purchasing, and stress engineering to ensure all products meet rigorous safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project schedules.
