Job Description

Salary: $70,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

  • We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • We need 2+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  • We seek strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • We require hands-on experience building websites with WordPress, Elementor, Divi, or comparable CMS/page-builder platforms.
  • We expect experience working with REST APIs and integrating external services.
  • We require familiarity with Git and version control practices.
  • We need a solid understanding of browser compatibility, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • We prefer experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React.
  • Exposure to modern CSS tools such as Tailwind CSS or SASS is a plus.
  • Understanding of back-end systems and integration concepts, including C#, .NET Core, or Azure exposure, is an advantage.
  • Strong visual design judgment and attention to UI detail are important; familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD is a bonus.
  • We value a passion for building clean, scalable, and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with modern engineering practices, including testing and CI/CD workflows, is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • We translate UI/UX concepts into responsive, interactive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • We build and maintain websites and web applications with WordPress and tools such as Elementor and Divi.
  • We create reusable front-end components and libraries to improve consistency and development efficiency.
  • We collaborate with design, engineering, and leadership to refine user experience and interface standards.
  • We optimize applications for speed, scale, and cross-browser reliability.
  • We assess the technical feasibility of UI/UX concepts and offer implementation guidance.
  • We work with RESTful APIs and connect third-party services to front-end systems.
  • We diagnose and resolve front-end issues across browsers, devices, and environments.
  • We maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code aligned with best practices.
  • We support continuous improvements to internal tools and client-facing dashboards.
  • We stay current with evolving front-end frameworks, tools, and design trends.
  • We contribute to AI-assisted development workflows where applicable to improve efficiency and quality.
