Job Title:   Gen AI Solution Architect
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Duration : 12 Months

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect II (GenAI) with strong expertise in designing and deploying Generative AI solutions . The ideal candidate will have deep experience in agentic architectures, RAG frameworks, and multi-agent systems , along with a solid foundation in cloud platforms and enterprise solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI applications and AI agents in production environments
• Architect scalable and secure AI/ML solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• Develop and implement agentic architectures , including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and multi-agent orchestration
• Build proofs of concept (PoCs) from scratch and demonstrate technical feasibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate and optimize LLM performance using appropriate evaluation frameworks

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience building and deploying Generative AI applications and AI agents in production
• Deep understanding of:
  • Agentic architectures
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Multi-agent orchestration
  • AI architecture patterns
• Strong hands-on coding ability with experience building PoCs independently
• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare)
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, governance, and compliance
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks and AI system performance metrics
