Job Opening: Gym Manager at Anytime Fitness Location: Janesville, WI Type: Full-Time Compensation: $20-22/hour, based on experience, with opportunity to add a monthly revenue sharing bonus once initial training is completed. Build authentic relationships with members and staff
Lead a high-performing team with empathy and energy
Drive membership growth and hit sales KPIs through service—not sales pressure
Keep the gym clean, safe, and welcoming
Plan events and networking that bring the community together
Manage budgets and operations with excellence
Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example
