Full-time, on-site 

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join their studio on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is ideal for a creative professional with 2–3 years of experience working across commercial and high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of design creativity and technical proficiency, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Work on projects through all phases of design, from concept to completion
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Designers and the broader design team
  • Coordinate with project construction teams to ensure design intent is executed
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
  • Handle procurement, purchasing, and order tracking
  • Serve as liaison between clients, vendors, and suppliers
  • Assist with installation and onsite FF&E delivery
  • Prepare and maintain project files, drawings, and correspondence
  • Develop and update spec sheets, finish plans, and material specifications
  • Produce detailed drawing packages including RCPs and electrical plans
  • Support office management and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an interior design or architectural environment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge of drafting interior design drawing packages
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
