Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Seasonal Data Entry Clerk to support our team during a high-volume period. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.

Job Title: Seasonal Data Entry Clerk

Location: Delano, CA

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

(Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into internal databases and systems with high accuracy
• Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct as needed
• Maintain organized records and files (electronic and/or paper)
• Verify and cross-check information for completeness
• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
• Meet daily and weekly productivity goals
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to type efficiently with minimal errors
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Repetitive use of hands and fingers (typing)
