Cabinet Maker (Custom Fabrication & Millwork)

About the Role
ABC Imaging is seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our in-house fabrication team . Reporting to the Fabrication Shop Manager, this role involves performing a full range of custom cabinet making, millwork, and woodworking fabrication for both residential and commercial projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a craftsman with experience in custom cabinetry, retail fixtures, and architectural woodworking to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and fabricate custom cabinetry, residential and commercial millwork, retail fixtures, and client displays
Produce wood picture frames and specialty woodworking pieces
Safely operate woodworking machinery , including table saws, miter saws, routers, and other power tools
Apply high-pressure laminates (HPL) and wood veneers to finished products
Interpret and work from blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fabrication shop environment
Assist with inventory management, materials tracking, and supply organization
Work primarily onsite in the fabrication shop, with occasional installation support as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in cabinet making, woodworking, finish carpentry, or sign/display fabrication
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools , including routers, jigsaws, table saws, and precision measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong multitasking and time management skills

Please submit a portfolio of 3–6 woodworking or fabrication projects , including photos and brief descriptions
