This role will involve managing complex troubleshooting, maintaining infrastructure, and supporting projects that enhance system stability and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of critical issues, troubleshooting across multiple platforms, and implementing lasting solutions.
  • Designing, configuring, and maintaining networks, firewalls, Microsoft 365, and VoIP systems.
  • Leading IT projects from planning to execution—on time, within scope, and with measurable client value.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, translating complex IT solutions into business impact.
  • Coaching junior engineers and contributing to a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Skills/Must have:

  • Strong experience with networking (firewalls, switches, VLANs, routing, wireless, VoIP).
  • Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune expertise.
  • Solid background in troubleshooting complex IT environments.
  • Thrives in both independent and client-facing work.
  • Professional IT certifications are a plus (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, etc.).
