The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for new projects Develop and implement design standards and best practices Perform quality control checks on engineering designs Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in mechanical engineering Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Strong knowledge of CAD software and other engineering tools Excellent project management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
